While there I arranged to go to a pizza and beer day at Richard and Kates place.
Before I left to go I was told about a EK225 for sale around the corner.
This is where the fun starts for me.

I made my way to where the car was for sale and checked it out, sure enought it was for sale

So I enquired if he was open to offers and he said he was, so with my trusty camera full of shots I set off to R & Ks house.
After the introductions were made( remember I only have met one of these guys once before) I showed them my find. Well you could see the gears turning in there minds when they saw what I had found

Well it is like so many stories we have all heard before, got married, got a house and had child

Well so what I here you say, its' his car he can do what he likes with it....Well it was his

Now it belongs to these lunatics

After a small haggle over coin the recovery vechicle was called and the old girl loaded up..

Then a wave good bye to her previous resting place( lived under a tree for "X" amount of years) , and we were off

After a short run down the road it was delivered to its new "temp" home( yes Kate temp).

Then the valtures, well just one on that day got to it and started stripping( see Beers in "whats happening in QLD section"http://www.fbekholden.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6474)
Well it was a shame to strip her knowing what it used to look like, this shot is of the car at some show in QLD, and it looked real nice.

Well that is what happend on that faithful Sunday afternoon when some "FB & EK" car nutters get together for a quiet beer and a pizza, would hate to see a roudy time out....

Oh by the way we also got some spare to go with it....

Thanks all
