Very neat, and a hell of a lot simpler than converting another wiper motor. Looks like a real winner for anyone needing to comply with the 2-speed wiper part of engineering.

This is a stock single speed wiper motor but the intermittent thingy will work with a 2 speed.
The only thing i need to be careful of is CEVA workers trying to pull the choke out to start it - that's what broke the original choke cable

There is probably enough leeway in the NCOP guidance that the intermittent can be called the second speed. It doesn't say anywhere that the wipers need to be continuous, just that they have to have two speeds and meet at least 45 cycles per minute fast speed, and at least 20 cycles per minute slow speed.

Looking forward to the test-run to see if you can meet those two speeds.

Two speed is good but intermittent would be very handy, considering rain in SA is rarely more than a dry drizzle. I couldn’t live without a manual choke though. Considering the low cost, I’ll have to put one on her sedan, which only has single speed EK motor.

Harv, all the engineers i've dealt with won't accept intermittent has to have a switched 2 speeds which sucks because to me it's a ridiculous rule i don't even use 2 speed on the factory cars that have it, i love intermittent wipers

They were $18 each plus post , was about $70 for the 3 including postage - so $23 each delivered

Ended up costing me $37 posted, off US eBay seller. Then I see they’re in Thailand?!
