Guys - I am ok for now. So if one turns up, please save it for someone who needs it to get back on the road. If several come to light, then I will gladly grab a spare for the EJ parts department.

If anyone needs measurements of a known hydra yoke let me know.

Cheers

Hi Guys,

The yolk I sent was indeed the one in the photo page 1.

It has 22 splines and came out of a auto EK Hydro.

Thanks DanFranko,
Are there any identifying numbers on it?

What is the external diameter and slip length?

Hi Dan,

Its a shame you can't use it.

Can you ream/machine the uni holes to adapt a oversize cup or different size uni maybe ?

I have heard of welding then re machining as well, desperate times call for desperate measures I suppose.

Hi Greg

It might be salvageable, but as it turned out my repaired one is holding up a-ok and wasn’t the problem.

There must be plenty out there though. They key is identifying them, which is why I kept this one. The info in this thread should also be useful for others who don’t have one presently!

Cheers

Dan
