I have been wrecking HD- HR's for about 35 years now
And have found 3 types for wheels , apart for the heavy duty ones
Drum brake ones, Disc brake [ small hole,offset changed
and ones that fit Drum or Disc

The wiper motor you have is the Premier type with in built washer pump
The plain ones do not have the washer pump on them
i have two Premier ones - they need new tops ,can get on ebay

Drill a hole at the ends of the crack
Drilling the ends of the crack will stop it cracking ather welding
