Can anyone help me with my Nipple?

Post by Ados »

Does anyone know if the Bleeder Valve Nipple on the clutch actuating cylinder is easily replaced?

I need to bleed the clutch but in the past someone has rounded off the valve, making it very hard to turn. I have removed the cylinder and squared up the rounded bolt, but it will not budge.

Any Advice?

get a longer spanner  and plenty of wd40
they aren't that expensive to buy a new slave cylinder so if you end up wrecking it don't worry too much. if you do get it out, most parts stores should have replacement valves.
cheers, luke
