any ideas?

ok so i took the ute for a run and everything was fine...until we pulled in to toowoomba. go to take off from a red light and she starts coughin and splutterin and holden up the traffic. pulled into the servo to take a look, dizzy still there, strommie still on....the plugs were all fouled up so i cleaned em up but 2 min later they are all fouled up again? im told it could be the valves have gone out to lunch?

What sort of fouling on the plugs........oil?

Could be a couple of things.

Is it running rich? Plugs will be black.

Or are the plugs oily looking?
