EK Stationwagon at shopping centre

Post by EK Dreamer »

hi everyone!

Me and woodzy were in melb for 2 days and didnt even see a EK holden anywhere..... on our way home from the airport near home and this ek stationwagon drove past. my dad says..." that is exactly what i had same colour and all."

I always wondered as a little girl what colour dads ek stationwagon was and now i know. Went to the shopping centre here at thornton yesterday afternoon and here she was in the parking lot.

Nostalgia.......... wonderful. :D :D

The one you saw looks in good nick. Apart from missing hubcap and it's skirt is hanging down on the drivers side.

Looks like the seats have been replaced. Buckets :?

colour scheme

Post by ek wazza »

i bought a EK Special sedan off ebay a few months ago which has the same colour scheme as the wagon. i was told by the previous owner that it was an individual dealership ordered colour scheme. just wondering if anyone can confirm this or is it BS. i have plans to restore it to original and keep the same colours.

Hey Bev did you hit him up to come cruisin with us
we could persuade him to sell it to me , I could fit an EK wagon in the shed if I cleaned up
It wouldn't be the first EK I've had in there.
