Hey everyone interested in anyone that has done a polished fllor board tray, starting to work it out for the ek ute but would like some hints and tips or particular wood etc that works well

Maybe have a go with some old Cypress pine tongued and grooved floorboards from a demolition yard.???
The floor in the back of my FJ ute has been done with some nice "knotty "looking boards with a heap of Clear lacquer over them. .. Might be Oak!!
Wont take me long to scratch that loading toolboxes and motorbikes in there...
