now thats a really nice example of an early holden and it sounds like it would have a bit of history with you
me and my bro are doin one up for him but its got a 327 in the engine bay, turbo 400 for gearbox and 9inch for leavin all his rubber on the road, all the interiors done pretty much just have to finish body work and spray and shes ready to go

kool, used to have one a simular colour but not 2 tone a loonng loonng time ago about 24 years

a funny thing when we mooved to where we live now 3 years ago, there was a toyota hilux down the road with the No plates from my old FJ on it FJ 1005

Funny how time flies doesn't it, I have owned my stock FJ sedan since 1986 and like you have probably done as many miles. Still remember the L Plates being attached to it in the 80s.

I spent many years in that car in many different states of mind ha ha Tim used to be able to clutch start it under a metre the old 6 volt. Drove it alot when we were young. Good times 8) 8)

I think i drove past you on the highway last weekend.

If it was you.. you ended up taking the Sunshine Coast exit just after Springwood. I was following my Mum and Dad over to the Northside but did beep and give a thumbs up.

I was in my Dark Blue HJ Sedan.
