Can anybody post a picture of the EK period correct keys for ignition, door, glove box & boot.
I'm led to believe ignition & door were same cut & shape (hexagonal) & glove box & boot were same cut & shape (3 leaf clover ?)

ok - now does the key have a single hole for the key ring or the knockout removed - like this

Tim - a hexagonal with either with the knockout in or out is correct.

Hi all,
At what point did GMH change from having "GMH" stamped on the keys to "GM"? Here are the keys we got with our FB ute when we bought her in 1973. I'm guessing the ignition key is original and that the door lock was changed at some point. I'm just curious to know approximately when that happened.
Thanks!
Cheers .... jacquie

The one on the right looks like the generic key for American GM cars

My ignition and door key looks like the one on the right.
GM not GMH.
I guess it's a copy of the original maybe?

Hi Guys.
I know that this is a bit picky, but isn't the key head 'octagon' shaped, not hexagon shaped. It effectively has 8 sides, not 6.
