Does anyone know if there has been any posts on the topic of installing boot springs?
Tips tricks and any advice welcome.
Is a special tool reqiured?

Also, will FE, FC, EK, springs fit my FB?

There has been discussion on boot springs - mainly replacing buggered ones - if yours have lost tension, send a PM to RET , he makes a nifty boot spring fixit thingy.
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

I currently have no springs at all.

They became a priority when i was putting the tank back in and accidently knocked the broom handle holding the boot up. Man they're heavy when they fall on you! :o
