gday guys

heres my manual tune diamond dot HOLDEN DELUXE radio, sporting the fascia that blue ute enquired about
if you look closely you can see the original fascia underneath, bearing the scars of the last 40 odd years - cracks etc
also note the correct aluminium face plate for the specials - contoured edges
the original fascia has a similar lion & southern cross pattern on it like the horn button - on the left hand side
are these the ones that are availible from smooth & the vic club??
as i bought the wrong one off ebay, and would like to put it right :D

also smooth touched on the subject a while ago 8) , do a search on radio face plates or something like that
Image
sorry bout pic qaulity(4got 2 flick it over to macro mode)- just pretend youve had a coupla beers etc :P
or if youve had a coupla beers , dont even bother trying to focus in
Image
& tucked away in the glove compartment, a modern cd/mp3 player with all the bells & whistles - remote etc, etc
just the ticket for those long roadtrips etc

any way hope this helps

Yes Ray,
that's what mine has - original - our club sells replacements....haven't fitted mine yet...........another job, along with replacing the power transistor.......

Just as a matter of interest - does anyone have a "spare" volume knob chromed infill? I can probably get away with using one from a choke or light switch knob.........but if there's one up for grabs........... pm me, please.
