Purple, Blue or Green are all opposite Yellow on the color wheel and would complement it well, of coarse Grey goes with just about any color, Trev

Please don't do grey
The quickest way to ruin the look of one of the old girls IMHO.
Give me a week to finish ek61's seats and you can have a look at one at least
What about a neutral colour like cream or coffee with yellow inserts/piping.
You could also head down to your local UDA(
http://www.uda.net.au/ ) or Daleys(
http://www.daleys.com.au/ ) motor trimmer supplier with a paint sample and look through their sample books.
Some samples in a PDF here -

hey malcolm,
i also am looking for colours that go with yellow & also nothing that is to far out there as mine is a daily driver... i dont want it to look too crazy.
i like the original look too stinky... OR the really light (cream off white) colours but i'm unsure in how good they wear over time...
cant wait to see what you have done with daves car...
thanks

Well the decision is made and I'm glad it didn't take as long as it did to pick an exterior colour.
Should have some photo's hopefully by the end of next week. Will post them under my thread PROGRESS
Cheers
