Meningie Cruise

Post by Wrongway Roger »

Hi,
The SA Club is cruising to Meningie on Saturday 23rd March, with an over night stay at the Lake Albert Caravan Park.
If you have not booked, jump to it and you need to tell them you are with the FB-EK car club.

If you wish to cruise to the Bend Motorsport Park on Saturday we are gathering at the truck bay at the bottom of the South Eastern freeway at 10.00am.
Happy for anyone to join, if only to cruise to Tailem Bend.
Cheers,
Roger

Drove over to the BEND Motor Sports Park and got a look at what you can do if you have lots of money.
Build a race track and show off some of your cars.

Drove down to Meningie at nice slow pace so the grey powered FB could keep up.
Next to the Caravan Park was the Meningie Cheese factory museum. You could spend a day in there as there is heaps to see.

A few interest items.

This place had just about very thing for sale. I grabbed a couple of things, that I did not realise I needed when I wake up this morning.
We will be returning armed will cash and torches, as there were a couple of small sheds out the back, unexplored.

Cruised to Nairne in the Adelaide hills near Mount Barker for lunch.
