saw a satin black 2 door wagon on bookface yesterday that looked like another of yours , when I saw the heading I figured thats what this post was about .....
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

had to put chassis connectors and triangulate the sills (steel plate from the bottom of inner sill up to floor) also had to fill (plate) the Y on the subframe and i think we also plated the kick panel area also

Guy I knew at Moonta did one in about 1990. It had RHS brace in the cab from above the front spring hanger to the firewall to subframe attaching bolts either side. You had to practically climb over to get in and out.
