harbour town is a no no unless ya wanna pay big $$$$$ the last time a cruise started from there they got fined $2000 and had to pay it
theres a big car park at the skate park at west beach and its close aswell

How on earth do you get fined $2000 for that

? Since when is it illegal to start a cruise in a carpark ?????

I have heard you need to have some big $s in insurance coverage and permission to start a cruise there, but I have also heard that only Councils and Governments can issue fines not private companies.
(I am testing it at the moment with another "fine")
Anyway if they want to be dickheads about it, they can stick their carpark
