It WILL be a club run but I wont be there  I am heading bush for work on Jan 5 . According to the website you need to pre register and you will need a pic of your car for the control freak who runs this event
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

Was finally able to get the registration completed after it wouldn't accept my photo all weekend bit painful so I hope the show is worth it.

I got this email yesterday -

Thank you so much for supporting not just us at VCMPerth Events, but our charity, Legacy. Their sacrifices at home not just abroad is awe inspiring. Caring for the families of those who served our country.

This event, you will not need a paper ticket due to security guards and official staff now in attendance.

Please note access.

It is GATE 3 on GRANDSTAND Road Ascot . You will see a Bali style flag . Signage was restricted...go figure!

Opens at 1pm sharp.
Winners announced on the main stage at 3.50pm. If you are not in attendance you forfeit the awards.

It is a rolling display so mates with classics and pre 1980s rides welcome . If you leave the grounds and wish to re enter you will have to pay the $5 again. Including walk-ins.

Bikes do have the choice of parking on grass or bays depending on space.

Gates close at 5pm SHARP.
Ready for the main stage shows. This is for security. If your enjoying the shows we don't want unwanted guest coming through. If there is an emergency and you need to leave during 5 and 7.30pm just find a marshal who can assist with this.

Gates re open at 7.30pm . Please do not drink and drive and leave quietly, we love the venue and want to be able to come back.

You will be meet by a volunteers of Perth City Street Machine Club Inc. at the gate.
They will have all named attendees . If you entered more than one ride then your name will be multiplied by the number of entries made. Paid under different name ? Check that too.

If you paid in on application you will have your PayPal receipt , so please bring that receipt.
As we are not perfect and may miss it!
No receipt no worries, just have your $5 per person ready.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need anything. Support us as we persist in leave politics and BS at the gate. ( It's harder than it sounds, a lot of Prince's out there).

What do you reckon , we meet somewhere for lunch at 12 then head over to the show ???
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

There is a Macca'z at 235 Gt. Eastern Hwy, Belmont just a stones throw from Ascot Racecourse.
We could meet there at 1200 for a greazy burger or a healthy salad.

Guys - we hope to be at Maccas by 12.30 (unless you are planning on leaving before then).
We are picking up some friends in Yokine at 12 and taking them to this event.
