Its those headers.
They always cause water to sit on the pistons.
Chucking them out will solve your problem.
I can trade you for a standard exhaust manifold if you like.

See the angle the genny is on ? the bottom bolt fell out and it got hot , hopefully not hot enough to fry the head, bloody thing owes me over a large - if I need to get another head done I can smash a red together for less than that and I wont need to worry about flogging it too hard ever again

Keep the grey I recon. Hopefully not a cracked head, but there still are enough around I used a cracked head to stop the car rolling back while I took out my 161 and put back in a grey on the weekend.

I am going to drop it off today and get it crack tested and checked for straight , will see what happens - I would rather keep the grey as its less work but I am not going to rebuild another one if its knackered - they are too expensive.
