Im sure theres a thread on this already, but Im buggered if I can find it.
Ive done this a few times before using the old big-screwdriver-as-a-lever method, and also the pull-a-vicegrip-and-hope-you-don't-hit-yourself-in-the-head method,
but I was wondering if anybody has knocked up a bit of a tool to remove them that will save me probable physical injury.
Pics would be great, thanks.
