I Got It
Nice Diamond Dot Radio in Exellent Nic.
It should look good in the dash.
Thanks again Smooth 8) for the ID.
My car is not restored to original, but to a mid/late 60's era,
so it will fit just nice :)

I now have my radio fitted in my FB.
It was dead when I bought it, no sound, no lights,(as advertised)
But it is in top condition.
All I wanted was it to light up when I started the car, as I have a hidden stereo anyway.
So I took it in to work, and asked one of the electricans if they would have a look for me ,and see what they could do.
I got it back last friday, and the sparky explained how someone had connected it backwards at some stage, and fried the wiring.
He then showed me how, with a little rewiring, he managed to get the lighting working at the push of the original ON button.
Better still, he also included a "Power Out" lead, to connect to the modern stereos ignition lead.
So now, I can turn OFF & ON the sound system with the old radio, without having to go to the glove box. Its Brilliant :D

It reminds me of that old movie "Christine" with the possesed Plymouth,
'No matter what you do with the old radio controls - It keeps playing the same song"
