I need some help in knowing what others are doing to clean and restore these parts.... :D

I've seen these for sale on ebay and they gleam?...How do they do that :shock:

I have put a post on here about reconditioning your wiper motor but I cant find it now search wiper motor you may have a bit more luck or someone else may be able to help find it
