Wonky fuel guage

Post by Brian Westlake »

Driving through Moorooka yesterday, my fuel guage shot down to empty and stayed there. I have run out lately, but I was sure I had some fuel. If it was empty again, I should buy another Galaxie as an economical run around! When I tapped the guage, the whole dash panel moved! I pulled into a servo and tightened the screws, and it turned out I had over half a tank! This probably isn't rocket science, but my fuel guage seems to be perfect now.
