As I finished my (bare metal) rebuild some 14 years ago and gave it to my daughter who took it to W.A. and then Vic,I got it back in 2003 and in 2004 the auto blew so I decided to put a V6 in it,I got the Hatfeild setup but when i seen the HR frontend in i could see that it would'nt work, and i spotted Pat Gardners frontend so i pulled it all out and sold it and it's sat in my garage since. and now i'm starting I've decided to have it on the road this year.In 2004 i got a new VT V6 done 5 klms also i a supercharge VT (blowen crank),Got the auto, the chassis strengthening kit and VS petrol tank is in (2004) so a few small jobs for now till the end of July when I'll have enough money for the new forntend and got my VS V8 diff shortened

Thanks Devilrod it is a clean car, I took the scuff plates off last week to put on the stainless steel ones i have (hope to do that this weekend) I glued the rubbers to the scuff plates last time so it was a shit fight trying to get them off,I'll look at a better way this time (maybe glue them to the car shell)

That looks like a very straight and clean shell. Some nice mechanical work been done there too
We do need to have a little chat about your choice of paint though
Hi Alan The paint is Tiger Mic in acrylic.and when it's out in the sun it's mad, I was going to rub it back (huge job) with a friend and paint it in wild fire 2pac, but my mate died last year, so thats off the list now.

Sorry to hear about your mate , he really didn't want to help you did he
I love what you have done with the car, would be good to drive a classic with modern drive line .
Although I do like the challenge of driving my car with older drive line be it a red not grey .
Keep the pic's coming , Trev.

How do they look/fit up?
I have used a set of Crupi ones on my ute - they fit like bought ones and look great - I was going to paint ém silver as per stock but they look too nice .
He also made me a set of longer ones for my 2 door EK
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

Cool thanks Blacky.
My old man works with his sone. Great blokes.
I dropped in and met him the other day where he works and queried his trim clips he makes. He said to drop in at his house any weekend. Couldn't meet a nicer bloke
Just been doing some small jobs oiling the locks and sealing the doors before putting on the trims, i wanted to put some sound deading in the doors but i'm still looking at which way i'll do it.
I bought some formshield 10mm from clark rubber to do the floor, as i use it under the bonnet and its still there and works will,so the floor is done back seat and carpet is in.
