Well I have to say it turned out a lovely day at Penrith for the show .
(and yes, I repaired the tie rod end last Thursday)...
Left home just after 6am and was driving in the Panther's car park at 9.05! Good drive up & bugger all traffic.
Saw quite a few faces I hav'nt seen in 20 odd years & a few forum members too..great to catch up.
Now before you see my happy snaps keep in mind I was gas bagging with folk more than taking photos (sorry)..so there were a lot more cars than you see here...my bad .

: first up there was a bloke there with a operating scale model of a jet powered dragster (rail) entertaining the crowd with his arfterburners...verrry

..found this EK wagon sitting in the car park ..

..a very neat FB sedan ..


..love this "SUXTIEFOOR" Falcon ute..low, baby moons on chromies & neat'n'clean interior


..I'm not really into early Falcons that much but there were a few nice examples there..

..I thought I took a photo of the car that goes along with this engine..(but I did'nt )..it was a Ratted flat black high boy...and ultra cool with a REAL powerhouse.

..& finally the Blue Dog's "Airborne Eight" It's fully Rego'ed these days and has already taken out quite a few trophies on the show scene already..(plus has over 3000K's on the clock) love it or hate it..the A8 is a one off custom

Almost he came over for a visit and I was in my work gear. Her said hed take me for a run when I was clean.
I stripped down to my undies and said take me now.

Great pics Scotty, that HD has gone nuts with the striping, looks cool but .
The guy with the model would want to hope it doesnt launch off the table, could do some damage with where he's standing

he did'nt seem too concerned..said it only weighed 20kilos..but I would'nt want 20kg's in the NADS at any time!!!!
