LOWER GRILLE PANEL FB-EK ARE THEY THE SAME?

Can anyone tell me if the lower grille panel, behind the front bumper ,is the same size panel for FB & Ek. Or are they a different size for each model?

same panel for both butt FB has NO holes
EK has holes for the grille to sit in
