But who really cares, its events like this that lift the profile of our hobby and give us good press (what little it may be in the mainstream media). I've always enjoyed checking out big dollar show cars. Nothing quite like looking for ideas to use for stuff I do. Big dollar or no dollar indoor shows usally have it all (well should). We only get the VHRA show here and I try not to miss it. Seems though Motorex really gets the best from oz all in one place. And boy is the standard high!!!
Speed and Style........... One day I'll get the speed bit.
The 'Airborne 8' will be an daily driver when it's rego'ed..Blue's just waiting on some side windows to arrive (was promised before the show!!) and some finishing up the wiring and it'll be on the streets.
And don't think it'll be a fair weather driver either..Blue drove his V8 Volkswagen everywhere!
He uses his car's as advertising for his T-shirt & trophy business.
Scotty.

True, I know of a few of the cars there that get driven. Though if you owned for example the candy Camaro with a reputed 50 grand paintjob, you'd be too scared to drive it in case a spec of dust fell on it
this is the one and its got one of those 50 grand paint jobs cal its a full on show car here it is going in the car events at a show it gets driven hard has over 890 hp to the back wheels it will b at the summernats going in all the car events its a fun car to go in it broke a motor mount at this event got the front wheel off the ground
