can someone tell me whats the difference between the black 202 and the red 202 as i have just been offered for free a black 202 and tri matic?

ummmm - ones black and ones red ??
The black motor will have a 12 port head whereas the red has a 9 port - depends on who you talk to but its generally understood that a 12 port is a better option. They also had a counterweighted crank and better rods , but I managed to blow lots of both of 'em up racing speedway back in the day
