*** Ten cars to Narrandera .... or Twelve :)

It was a collective goal for the family to get ten cars to the Narrandera Nationals. At first we wanted the cars to all be FB's, the closer we got to the event, the more EK's we added to the list. We lost four drivers a few weeks out and sent out an SOS to Ken Bailey, to help get some cars the weekend prior.

Ten days out, the FB 215 Honey Beige was still without engine, the Twilight Turquoise still pulled down from the replace timing gear and not reassembled. The Pyramid Coral no Exhaust, No brakes on the Honey beige Standard and the Twilight Turquoise. Plus dozens of other small jobs.

Two weeks out the Sydney weather was atrocious. Rain, rain and more rain. we lost a week.

With the addition of two extra Nats entrants (Andrew Kyngdon, Ken Ross) using Jackson cars, our cars attending was now up to Twelve.
