outer door rubbers

Have brought new rubbers for my fb ,im trying to work out how they go on and were to start first the outer have a thick part in them this goes were. any help please cheers steve

I found starting at the bottom corners where the rubber is moulded and work your way up the frames then join it at the top you should see what I mean when the corners line up, Trev .
