Etching chips

Post by Scubbs »

If there are sections "chips" of paint gone down to bare steel from panels and body do I need to etch prime those little sections if so does it matter if etch primer is on existing paintwork.
some of the chips are big and some are small and some are a bunch of small ones
What should I do?

you won't need to etch chips, you only really need to etch large areas of bare metal
