Hi your car looks perfect in every way. seen it in this issue of S.M and that confirms that it is a winner, good on you & hope you hav as much fun owning your EK as I hav mine. Been registered with small block & tubs for 15 years & still get a real kick out of it every time I drive it.
Cheers Rodney.
Thanks Rodney
Thanks for the kind words however there are always things that can be done better, but I am loving every minute of owning and driving it, just got back home from doing another wedding, it's great to share the car doing things like weddings, gives me a real kick!!.............. I would love to check yours out in the flesh ....planning to coming NSW/Sydney in the not too distant future, I will let you know when via PM.
.Love to see your car in the flesh,as well ,unfortunately missed out on the FBEK nats this year, bit hard with the little ones. Wish you could bring it down to the all holdens day, but would be fair trip, There is always Canberra :lol
Cheers Rodney.
The ol' girl clicked over 3000km today. We did a club run over the weekend that went to Katherine which is about 320km south of Darwin. Had a great time, camped out...... so we had the EK packed to the rafters with swags, tent, chairs, womans things etc......we (about 30 of us) stayed at a Katherine club members property out of town, had a great feed, plenty to drink and watch "Love the Beast" on his big screen.....top flick!
The campsite:
She who MUST be OBEYED!!
Found this bloke following us around ... Bill (Reidy) and Anne (She who Bill must OBEY) stayed with us at the camp...... bloody hell he can drink!
Hey Garry whats Reidy got on sorts and thongs, still to cold hear, hope you didn't drink to many Darwin stubbies, went to Bendigo 1st All Holden day about 330 cars great day.
wonder how many other smoty nominated cars have done 3000k's in the last year let alone 2 1/2 months had a can stuck on the roof driven down a dirt road or even done a 700 odd k round trip drive
