thanx for the offer matches. looks like i got one already
yea i am a slacker haha 14yrs

but once i stumbled across this site in 2005 i saw how people went about striping, rust repairs, motors etc and i thought i had taken a few 'short cuts' that i was not happy with. so it sat around until i had time to do it right
i have done more in the last 8 months than the whole 14years.
a pic of what turned up today

Shoulda stuck em in a lathe and skimmed off the surface .
Have you seen diamond cut rims , seen on US racers alot , Its a machined finish that looks cool on the right rims.

well i got her rego'd on the friday of the nationals, took it cruising locally to sort out any bugs, went great
planed to get away early on sunday morn for the show n shine, but i didnt get on the road till 11:30am ish.
i got some directions from a lady at a servo who put a extra 100ks on the trip
by the time i got to narrandra it was on dark and nobody was around
i chucked a few laps of the main, and headed off
all was good on the way home till i got to junee and there was no servos open

, i tryed gettin help from a fellow fb ek'er in a blue/white pannelvan but they didnt stop, got a couple of liters from an old guy and pushed on to cootamundra.
so all in all it was a good trip, 610ks round trip and the grey didnt miss a beat
