Grimbo glad i can assist, but like i posted earlier i'm not working at the moment so time is on my side, and also my philosaphy is spend time where it counts (the parts you can see) but make sure it's safe :wink: if you saw under my bonnet :shock: :oops: :o

Can't wait to get mine in colour. Is that primer tinted with colour, or colour with flattner, if so how much flattner?
And who's is the truck cab in the background and what's happening with that? Is it for sale?

i have done shinny paint but they're not great, i'm to impatient and can't handle all the rubbing involved, but i'm quite happy with flat paint and it probably gets just as much attention with alot less hassle :D
grimbo it's acrylic with flattener it's about 10%
it's an old bedford cab it's just there for future reference i'm looking for '38/'39 chev front panels for it as the bedford ones are very ugly don't know if i want to sell it as i haven't really thought about it

Looking good, I like the louvre bonnet. Not too many but just enough.

i'de like to do full peice front windows and maybe suacide doors and also something with the tail lights 8)
devilrod the bonnet was a top swapmeet score $50 :D :D :D
mark, it's a bit darker than the ute but i'm sure there's some of that paint in there somewhere :wink: i had an FC in flat purple and an A model roadster pickup also the same colour, it's starting to become a habit :shock:
