He may mean the flappers on the tyres.

Still for sale..I checked it out last week.
Looks very cool but the brakes were awful.....has a bit of rust in the rear passengers arch.......and around the headlights as well...
Ran ok......bloke that owned it was a good guy...very accommodating and honest......the guy told me the commodore rims have spacers on them to fit them on......???
Interior was pretty good as well.....

wonder what happened to the other guy that "WAS" buying it think he even said he'de paid a deposit

If that was all that was wrong with it, and for the money being asked, why didn't you buy it?
