Post by FC UTE BEN »

Hey all. Just signed up. 1st of all great site. I got a fc ute about 4 years ago and have been looking 4 clubs and guys who acualy know a few things about old holdens. Finaly looks like i've found the right place. Main problem i have is a rotten sub frame. The ones i can get are not much better than the one in car at the moment. Can i get a after maket one or do i have to get the old one repaired? Image

Hi Ben,

Mate, not trying to steer you away but FE and FC are looked after pretty well at http://www.fefcholden.org.au/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi

As for your sub frame you will need to have it repaired (Welded)

Regards, Smooth 8)

Ben, thats a nice looking ute youve got there - welcome to the forum , there is an FE/FC Club in Perth , check on the FE/FC website .
Cheers, Blacky.

Hi Ben, I'm sure if you ask the guys on the FE/FC forum they will guide you in the rite direction. You will have to send the joining fee to the club, then they will issue a code or something to access the members section. :D

Trev has it right Ben , once you are a financial member of the club , you get access to the bits you cant access now.
How long are you in Mongolia for ? - it could be worse ya know , you could be stuck in Victoria

I'e been working over here for 3.5 years now. 2 months on 1 month home.
I'll be back home in about 3 weeks. I'll be sure to catch up with the boys from the club then.
