eh outrigger

eh outrigger

Hi all does anyone know if hr disk brake crossmember fitted with EH outrigger will fit EK obviously will have to drill holes for front engine mount

No idea, I'd personally fit an EK outrigger. gaurranteed hassle free.
Speed and Style........... One day I'll get the speed bit.

eh out rigger is the same but dont think they have the holes 4 front engine mount if using a grey

easy enough to drill out 2 suit though 8) 8)

Thanks for the info, the hr front i picked up came off an eh so I wasn't sure on the outrigger :)

I think ?? Reddo ?? on the forum here fitted a HR front end with an EH outrigger somewhere back on one of his cars and all he had to do ( using a grey mtor still ) was to drill the two front engine mount holes in the EH outrigger for the grey.
I can't think what to write here so this will do.

I thought all the grey fronts used a front outrigger that had a big recess where the motor bolts ?

Not really a big recess but an area of the crossmember outrigger with two bolt holes for the front engine mount to bolt through.

EH's had the red so therefore didn't have the bolt holes in the front outrigger to mount the grey's front engine mount that the previous model EJ and earlier had.

As far as I'm aware the EH outrigger is essentially the same at least down to FB with only difference being the bolt holes for grey fitment.
I can't think what to write here so this will do.
