What sender to use for Falcon fuel tank

Adding a Falcon fuel tank to the EK and was wonderign (for those that have done this conversion) what sender do you use? the original &*#@ one or is there something else that works with the original EK guage?

hey check with mal he fitter a xb tank to his beast ..but he also used after market guages

He did, in a pm I replied but it doesn't look like he's opened it... I have down it yet but I'm planning on using the xb sender, and if the normal gauge doesn't work then making 1 out of the xb mixed with fb or going aftermarket and doing the same thing so it still looks original...

One of those push down the list items!

Thanks guys, I will give the XB one a try
I have a few of the adjustable resistance guages here will try it with them and see if I can get it to work

oh memory the resitance on the FB ones are 0-30ohmsand i think the XB are 73-10. (75-10?)

i was going to look into getting a 75-10 aftermarket 2 1/8" fuel gauge and fitting it into the FB housing to use the face plate and the needle... or kustom gauges from somewhere like classic instruments or probably mooneyes!
