Bendigo Nationals 2009 Video

Post by parisian62 »

Hi Everyone,

I took a bit of video at the Bendigo Nationals. Make sure you turn up your volume to hear those grey engines...especially when Thommo gets those revs up.... 8)

First part is a quick photo stop at the Junee Auto Centre and then off to Bendigo convoy style.

Saturday morning Bendigo sign on. Nice n chilly and FB EKs arriving. A bit of footage of Garry's EK and when everyone pretty much 'pounced' on the EK...something I'll never forget. :D

Cruise in Thommo's Retro FB Special with hot grey motor and triples... 8)

End of the road for me 10ks out of Narrandera about 5pm on the Monday.

Click on the pic below. Hope you enjoy and roll on Narrandera Nats 2010!

regards
Stewart

And speaking of "what a grey can do ".......... :? :? :?

Stewart, I'm glad that Neil Armstrong , 50 years ago didn't make a famous statement as you did , post broken timing gear , as he was about to reach the moon.............

"we nearly made it...... anyway...... we'll make it "   .

Bet he was glad they replaced the Lunar Module's fibre timing gear with a steel one!!
I can't think what to write here so this will do.

Nice piece of vid footage Stew,

It made us all be part of your breakdown experience and made the journey much more realistic. The doom and gloom of being out in the middle of nowhere, and the sky's are turning grey, was a bit of a omen.........................Maybe the Grey Gods wanted you just to stay in Narranderra.

So you didn't have to travel as far to the next nats.

Regards John
