EK Ute colours

Can someone please let me know what the following codes are ?
It's an EK Ute presently light blue with a white roof and looks very similar in colour to the old commonwealth colours from years ago. No other markings/fittings/stencils that would indicate it as an ex Government or Military vehicle.
EK 2601,yes EK Ute
Paint 585-0245
Trim 539-984

Looks like Strata Blue with Gnome Blue and Madison Grey trim to me?
