What have I been doing since I sold the EK?....hmmmmmmmmmm

I've been doing this. Its a 308 4 speed HJ Sandman. I bought it in Feb and had the body and chassis blasted. The chassis has been rebuilt with new "everything everywhere" and I finished it on Saturday arvo. The body has been painted underneath so it was time to drop it back on the chassis. Next is the body work which shouldnt take too long as its a really neat body.

whats the original colour? is that the plan or you have some fun with it?

I plan on doing it stock...and having some fun. I thought I might take the missus down by the sale yards on a Saturday night with a 6 pack of KB

I've already got my sign guy making up some stickers for the back.......... "Dont laugh, your Grandma might be inside"

This is the original colour and, hopefully, how it will look when finished.

Love the Sandman. Must be good being able to work on a chassis with the body off like that. Keep us updated...

nice one gt, the EK you sold me is coming along to, got the chrome back from the electro platers, waiting on the stainless and gunna do some more painting. keep the sandy pics coming!
