Bendigo Nationals 2009
Bendigo Nationals 2009
On behalf of the FB/EK Holden Car Club of Victoria, I would like to thank all the entrants of the Bendigo Nationals for their participation and kind thanks.
Although the weather was the first rain Bendigo had for a Queens Birthday weekend for six years, the enthusiasm and praise from you guys far outweighed the winter cold that we experienced. Congratulations to all those who received trophies for some outstanding cars. The owners should be justifiably proud of their accomplishments. The comradeship displayed made the Nats such an enjoyable event.
Thanks to everyone who helped in the lead up and during the Nationals. It truly was a team effort.
Roll on Neranderra !! can't wait.
Kindest Regards
Bill Reid

Thanks to the Victorian club for a great nationals. So great to catch up with friends/aquaintences and meet new people again. To organize an event such as this is a mammoth task, and the vic team deserve a big pat on the back.
Looking forward to catching up again in Narrandera.

Congratulations to the Vic Club Team for putting on a great Nationals
I will not complain about the weather at all,
because it deteriorated badly as we crossed the border back into SA.
Hard rain, and wind all the way home.
I forgot to remove the carby scoops for the trip home and install the 4" air cleaners.

but I knew it was doing my motor good"

Thanks Reidy and the Vic car club for putting on a great show, I personally thought the venue location was brilliant, considering the rain, it didn't put a dampener on any of us.
It was also great to meet a few of the guys on the forum as well as meeting and catching up some friends, but as usual there never seems to be a lot of time on the weekend to catch with everyone. So my apologies if I missed you.
There is always next year..........
Regards John
