Changing Headlight Globes

Post by Cal »

I just got my new Halogen bulbs today.

I've been trying to undo the Philips head screws in the photo below, but the bastards won't budge. I've tried WD40 and they still don't want to turn. When I apply a bit of pressure the whole headlight seems to spring back

Are there any other tricks? :?

And I presume I'm doing it right ?

Cal dont you just push the headlight in and twist it so the flat headed screws actually go through the holes .
I have put the halogen globes in my car and they are very good.
A tip don't put your fingers on the bulbs when fitting them .
Hope this helps
Regards ,Greg.
