Hey Cal,
Bet ya all the Nats veterans have had to learn about their cars on the side of the road! That felling of fixing what goes wrong and getting yourself home is a very big confidence builder. Travel with a group and you should have no probs. Pack a half inch spanner and a phillips head and flat screwdriver and you've got half the car covered!!!

We will be there, staying at the Central City caravan park
and hope to drive my FB all the way there and back this year :wink:

I don't even have NRMA road service on mine yet..

Everyone seems to emphasise the road service thing.....not a good confidence booster :oops: 8)

NO NO NO That was on the way home...they put us up in the motel while i got the wagon fixed.OR they were going to bring the wagon home for me..GREAT value premium worth every cent..Cheers mark

Cal, if you drive a near 50 year old car you need road service.

NRMA, it pays to belong. ( so thier TV ads keep telling us )

funny only time i've ever considered joining NRMA is now that i have modern sh!t that you can't fix yorself, the only time i havn't been able to fix it myself not that there's been many times (can't beat a red motor :wink: ) was when the blue car caught fire :shock:
