I've made a fair bit more progress with the car :) , but haven't taken any photos :( .
The next few weeks I hope to get the car drivable, so I can take it to the CRAKK run and do a few laps of the park  .
It won't be regoed though.
I'll have to post a few more photos of the build, could take me a little while seeing I'm on dial up.
Cheers

Thanks John, I tell you what though if my panelvan turns out 1/2 as good as your sedan, I'll be stoked. That car is awesome :D . As for Canberra I've been here now for ten years but grew up in Mossy Point just south of Batemans Bay. Must have been where I got my good car tastes  .
Cheers

By the way FATBOY my full name is Sam Gifford and was born in '79, what's your real name?

Gday sam,

Real nice mate, i can see all the work you've put into her. Keep it goin, she'd be a show stopper if u finished her. I see what you're sayin with your priorities, would be nice if u could finish her though.

Would be cool to put the back seats in the van like smooth suggested, considering the same floor plan. my old man suggested the same thing to me when i did up my original van (RIP my good friend), although i never went through with it.

Cheers mate

Well didn't get the van finished for the CRAKK run and we had our baby, shes 11 weeks old now and I've managed to slip a little time out in the shed.
Fitted a H/ duty HQ radiator had to scallop out some of the subframe to do it.

Had a chance to undercoat, seam seal, c-guard and paint the floor.

and play around a bit more with the rollpan I started ages ago,

added some 6mm round bar around the number plate recess, to try and give it rounder look rather than a hard edge.

Cheers Sam
