Number Plate Light

Post by Cal »

Does anyone know how many watts the globes are in the rear number plate lights?

Mine for some reason is missing the lights that sit in the over riders , so the ex owner hooked up some dodgy light thing below the number plate......Anyway, the bulb has blown (5w). I can't find a similar bulb anywhere that's under 10w.

I don't want to put a 10w in and end up frying something.

It does look like its running off the original wiring from inside the boot :?

Thanks Billy, I didn't know about that 10w rule.

I think I'll just stick a 10w bulb in and hope for the best :?
