Is Bendigo still there

I just read in Tassies newspaper that parts of Bendigo got burnt with half of the rest of Victoria or is it just media hype :?:If it is true will the nationals still be held in Bendigo

There were some fires there and from memory a loss of life

but not too sure how much destruction was done to it.

Maybe a forum member near or in Bendigo might be able to answer the question ??

Unless the whole city burns down the Nationals will still be held in Bendigo, Trev

please dont stress there was fires in bendigo but they were only on the outskirts of town, there was around 50 houses burned down but the rest of bendigo is still standing,

I hope they get the mongrells who lit them they should be put on top of a bonfire and set alight
