Hi
my Dad recently swaped his 1928 &*#@ pick up
for a 1939 &*#@ slopper called the silver lady
the car has been in storage
in a shed on a farm since 1995 and dad stumbled across it by
accident 8) any one know this car :?:

I kinda sorta remember seeing it in an old mag from the '70's I had when I was a kid......... maybe Custom Rodder or similar??.
I can't think what to write here so this will do.

the pics are from Australian street rodding 1980
apperently the car was at glenbrook for a few years
just down the mountain from where i live now 8)

I remember it form Mildura nationals possibly , or the first asrf nats at the natex grounds

Yep I was there ,riding skateboards by then and took the BMX for the track :)
Wasnt old enough to drink yet ... and you might or might not remember SLIME a green T bucket loosing control up the back straight at 7 in the morning pissed and running over the tent next to ours :evil:
He was with a blown red 36 5 window aswell ...
Do you remember a gunmetal grey 34 5 window with L plates - that was my sister ...

i remember the T bucket i kinda know the guy that got run over, there was actually a rod run on today it used to be a memorial thing for the guy that owned the bucket, can't think of his name off the top of my head he used to own a &*#@ wreckers, don't remember yor sisters car but like i said don't remember alot

not chopped, it was still a real dunger only had a corrolla 4 and auto, we later fitted a V6 chev
