Congrats on the ute Stubby dont stress mate ive seen worse. In terms of the V8 cant really hlp you ive stuck with the trusty old grey but in terms of building your ute ask away mate if i can help in any way b all means just ask.
I found this site to be a great source of info when bulding the ute especially when your missing parts or have parts that your not sure where they go... so if you need any pictures or have any questions ask away!!

Good luck with the build

Hahahaha I read the tailgate at first as

" Yoo Fart Attack "

Doing my second V8 into an Ek, Everything Nomad listed is spot on.

Brakes - I would recommend Hq-Wb caliper/rotor with Vh40 Booster and HQ/LX master cyclinder. Also gives you a good wheel selection.

Dont muck around , just get a 9inch diff shortened.

Gearbox - Easiest to fit an automatic, I like the turbo 350s best.

Steering column, LH/LX worked very well for me in the Sedan.

Just yell if you need more info.
