16th November 2008 DAY OF THE VOLKSWAGEN 2008 The 2008 Day of the Volkswagen is being held on Sunday at Cranbourne Racecourse, Grant St, Cranbourne. It is Australia’s biggest VW show with hundreds of old and new VWs (Beetles, Kombis, Type 3s, Golfs, Karmmans and many more models) on display. Major theme for the day will be “off road” VWs. There will be special displays of buggies and off road VW powered cars. Special international guest speaker - Bruce Myers, designer and founder of the Myers Manx Buggy.
