Here are a few pics of one I built a few years ago......
It was the rear of a wagon that was factory black on black with a red interior, a pitty it was too far gone..
This wagon actually donated a lot of parts to the rebuild of a rusty ute, a nice sedan & i used some of it's roof as patch panels on my old 64 chev
The first cuts are made by another member from here just after he'd cut some pillar sections to go in a ute & we'd already taken the roof off. Back when I had a beard....
Then I'd welded on some legs to it & pete had sandblasted it.
Then I welded in some plate to give some strength joing the outer to inner ody sections.
Then after a rub down & full paint prep my younger brother blew some straight black witha heavy blue metalflake on it. This picture was taken after a week of dust settled on it in my shed & does it no justce at all..
Got to this stage & I was about to finish the seating part when some issues happened in my day to day life & I now assume my ex has had it finished by someone else......

I had trimmed an FB seat to suit the upper & ower sectons, I welded in some cross braces to the rear of it as well.
Now I have another one already cut that I will build from an automatic sedan some day.

trying to save some heritage before the scrappies crush it all...........
